It is a very clever marketing strategy. It could be of two types:

 Comparative advantage: It is also called cost advantage. It is a scheme of producing and distributing the products or items at lower rate than competitors. Its main cause is to break the customers from their competitor and associated with them. It is to increase the margin of sales with competitors.

 Differential advantage: It is a policy to differentiate the product or service to prove it more efficient than your competitor.
